Tropical Traditions' Customer Service

I've been doing reviews for Tropical Traditions' products for a few months now and have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sandra on setting up my reviews and giveaways. A couple weeks ago, I started getting really low on my Organic Raw Honey, so I decided to order more. After all, they were running a special on the honey and free shipping the day I realized I NEEDED more. You have to subscribe to their newsletter and watch the special deals. Even on their Twitter account, you can see other Tropical Traditions giveaways that are going on and specials they are running.

This week I realized I never got a confirmation email for my order, but our Paypal account showed that the payment had been made. I couldn't find my order anywhere on my account page over at Tropical Traditions either. So, I sent them a message through their contact us page. I've dealt with lots of customer service departments and wasn't expecting too much from them.

I was blown away when I had a response early in the morning the next day asking for a few more details about my order. I forwarded the extra details to them and by mid-afternoon, they had tracked down the problem, bumped my order up in the shipping queue, and upped it to 3 day shipping so I'd get it quicker.

All I can say is WOW! They say customer service is important to them, and I have to say I'm a big time believer!! I've never worked with customer service anywhere that was so kind, quick, and accommodating! I'll definitely be buying products from them in the future, knowing my purchases are backed by an amazing customer service team! Thanks so much Tropical Traditions!!!

It's always nice to hear about a company that still cares for their customers. Many companies today just turn their backs on the people that make their paychecks.
