Chicago Toy And Game Fair Giveaway

Last year, my family won a family pass to attend the Chicago Toy and Game Fair.  My son talks about all the fun he had there and often tells us he wants to go back again.  Of course, his favorite part was all the toys that were set up to allow him to play with them!  The Chicago Toy and Game Fair is a great place to see all of the latest toys and games your child may be asking for this holiday giving season!  This year, my family will be attending once again and maybe I'll get to see you there!

Chicago Toy and Game Fair will take place November 19 and 20, 2011 at Chicago's Navy Pier.  This is the largest public toy and game fair in the U.S.  November 19 is also the day of the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival.  You can plan a fun day at the Game and Toy Fair and sneak out just a little bit early to see the Lights Festival parade!  Tickets for the Toy and Game Fair are $10/adult, $5/child, and free for children 3 and under.

One of the fun things about the toy and game fair is that you get to meat many of the toy and game inventors at the fair!  If your child is between the ages of 6-18, they can enter the Young inventor Challenge too.  This is a contest where your child can demonstrate their creative mind by exhibiting their original toy or game idea.  If your child is interested, they must register before October 31.  If they register, your immediate family will receive free admission to the fair!

If that isn't your thing, there is plenty for the whole family including:
  • Star Wars Breakfast
  • Giant-sized Interactive Toys and Games
  • Jeepster Power Wheels Ride-on Course
  • Live Stage Entertainment
  • Free Tournaments and Contests
  • Costumed Characters Roaming the Fair

Ok, do I have your attention now?  Do you live near Chicago?  Will you be traveling near Chicago November 19 or 20?  Can you make plans to be there?  Then, I've got a couple ways to help you out.  One option is a $2 off admission coupon.  Just click the image below and print off the coupon.

Also, I have 4 Weekend Family Passes to give away to my readers (One per week leading up to the event).  I will choose winners on Fridays (10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11).  I will then send an email requesting your mailing address.  I'll mail them to you as soon as I get your address!  Please use the Rafflecopter form below to enter to win!

Congratulations to the winners:

Week 1 (10/21): Tiffany Iverson (earthangel129@...)
Week 2 (10/28): Kristy Hostetler (jellibeenz1978@...)
Week 3 (11/4): Kathy Klahn (katklaw777@...)

According to my oldest Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom is what they are most looking forward to (the boys at least). The girls are into whatever the newest dolls are.
